SERVICES
Gunhild Buestad has 35 years of experience as a tax advisor in both national and international tax advice. She assists with all types of tax issues, tax planning and complaint handling.

She has experience from a number of large and small transactions e.g. through acquisitions and divestments of companies, mergers / demergers, share issues, generational changes, reorganization of business activities and restructuring. She assists with arranging companies in advance of sales.
At generational change, she assists with both tax and inheritance and planning in advance of sale or transfer to heirs.
